Prices

The prices are correct at the time of listing. W+W Medsystems Ltd do reserve the right to alter them at any time.

VAT, at 17.5%, is included on all invoices. There is a facility for customers who hold a VAT exemption form to receive their ordered items VAT free.

Handling Charges

Orders under £25 are charged at £2.50 orders between £25 and £50 are charged at £4.75p and orders over £50 are free of charge.

Delivery

Your orders will be despatched as soon as possible and should be delivered within 28 days.

Documentation

Your order will be accompanied by a despatch note. This contains all the relevant reference numbers. This document should be retained in case you wish to return the goods.

Returning Goods

Goods that are unused can be returned within 30 days of delivery as our products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

W+W Medsystems takes the issue of Data Protection very seriously. We have therefore produced this privacy statement to describe the practices that are employed within the W+W Medsystems web site in order to gather, store and utilise personal information.
